No personal identity information is included.\n- **Financial Data (Bookkeeping Module):** If you connect a bank account through our Plaid integration, we receive limited transaction data and account metadata. We do not receive or store your bank login credentials. See Section 4 for details.\n- **Usage Data:** We may collect anonymized usage patterns to improve the App, such as which features are used and general performance metrics. What We Do NOT Collect\n\n- We do **not** collect your name, email address, phone number, or physical address unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g., via a support email)\n- We do **not** use advertising identifiers or tracking pixels\n- We do **not** sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes\n- We do **not** collect precise GPS location data. Location-based features (such as property search) use coordinates you provide through search queries\n- We do **not** use cross-app tracking or fingerprinting\n\n## 3. How We Use Information\n\nWe use the information we collect to:\n\n- Provide and improve the App's features and functionality\n- Maintain records of policy acceptance for legal compliance\n- Process financial transactions and generate reports within the Bookkeeping module\n- Diagnose technical issues and improve performance\n- Comply with legal obligations\n\n## 4. Financial Integrations (Plaid)\n\nIf you use the Bookkeeping module's bank connection feature:\n\n- **Plaid, Inc.** acts as the intermediary for bank account connections\n- Your bank credentials are entered directly into Plaid's secure interface and are never shared with Flowonomics\n- We receive transaction data (descriptions, amounts, dates, categories) and account metadata (institution name, account type, balance) through Plaid's API\n- Access tokens are stored securely and are used only to retrieve updated transaction data\n- You can disconnect your bank account at any time through the App, which revokes the access token\n- Plaid's own privacy policy governs their handling of your data: [https://plaid.com/legal](https://plaid.com/legal)\n\n## 5. Data Retention and Deletion\n\n- **Installation identifiers** persist on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its secure storage\n- **Policy acceptance records** are retained for legal compliance purposes\n- **Financial data** from Plaid integrations is stored locally on our servers and can be deleted by disconnecting your bank account\n- **Generated content** (invention reports, analyses) is stored on the server and associated with your anonymous session\n\nTo request deletion of your data, contact us at **support@flowonomics.com**. We will process deletion requests within thirty (30) days.\n\n## 7. Security\n\nWe implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information:\n\n- Data at rest is stored in encrypted databases\n- Communication between the App and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS encryption\n- Bank credentials are never transmitted to or stored by our servers\n- Access to production systems is restricted and monitored\n\nNo system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to promptly addressing any security incidents.\n\n## 8. Children's Privacy\n\nThe App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
