By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.\n\n---\n\n## 1. Eligibility\n\nYou must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.\n\n## 2. License to Use\n\nWe grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute the App or its outputs without our prior written consent.\n\n## 3. Your Responsibilities\n\nYou are solely responsible for:\n\n- Verifying all outputs, analyses, and suggestions before acting on them\n- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations\n- Maintaining the security of your device and any locally stored data\n- Providing accurate information when using features that depend on user input\n\nYou agree not to:\n\n- Use the App for any unlawful purpose\n- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App\n- Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or services\n- Use automated scripts or bots to access the App\n- Misrepresent App outputs as professionally certified advice\n\n## 4. Not Professional Advice\n\n**The App does not provide financial, legal, investment, tax, accounting, or professional advice of any kind.** All outputs including invention concepts, financial projections, property analyses, bookkeeping summaries, and advertising strategies are generated for informational and exploratory purposes only.\n\nYou must consult with qualified, licensed professionals before making decisions based on any App output.\n\n## 5. Intellectual Property\n\nAll content, design, and technology within the App are owned by Flowonomics or its licensors. Outputs generated for you through the App may be used by you for lawful purposes, but Flowonomics retains the right to use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the service.\n\n## 6. Third-Party Services\n\nThe App integrates with third-party services including financial data providers, commercial real estate data APIs, and payment processors. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or conduct of third-party services.\n\n## 7. Limitation of Liability\n\nTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowonomics and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the App.\n\nOur total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is greater.\n\n## 8. Disclaimers\n\nTHE APP IS PROVIDED \"AS IS\" AND \"AS AVAILABLE\" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.\n\n## 9. Dispute Resolution\n\nAny disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.\n\n## 10. Changes to These Terms\n\nWe may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the \"Last Updated\" date and increment the policy version. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the App's consent mechanism.\n\n## 11. Termination\n\nWe may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately.\n\n## 12.
